In the middle of COVID siblings Jasmine & Abraham set out to create the summer job they always dreamed of. COVID drug on and they longed to see the community gathering together again. Together with their spouses and children they renovated an old food trailer into the first DIPS ICE CREAM location. Summer 2023 was the first season of DIPS.
DIPS serves custom hand dipped ice cream bars & frozen banana.

“Create a space where people want to gather & create memories”
Remember when you were little and you would go out for ice cream. Maybe you were celebrating your baseball game, birthday or just enjoying summer. Those summer memories are engrained as some of our fondest moments. During COVID we missed this and wanted to create that space where our families could gather again. We want DIPS to be a part of that memory.
KIDS
“Provide a fun & positive work environment for local youth”
We’re 6th generation Idaho farm kids. When we were growing up the only summer jobs were working in the fields and every Idaho kid knows how terrible that is. So we set out to create the summer job we always dreamed of. DIPS creates fun & positive work environment that teaches tomorrows leaders that work doesn’t have to suck. The kids are the culture.

“Create a product worth sharing about”
Whatever you sell has to be “viral.” Good enough people want to share about, tell their friends, take a picture and send to their mom “OMG YOU GOTTA TRY THIS” . It can’t just taste good, that’s the bare minimum. It’s got to look good, smell good and catch your eye. Everything at DIPS was designed with that in mind. All that on top of a product that taste so dippin’ good .
